Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- The return is initiated within 5 days of delivery
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation email or invoice)
- The item is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items (see below)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at refund@clicktodoorstep.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[ORDER NUMBER]"
- Include your reason for return and clear photos or a short video of the product
- Our team will respond within 3 business days with return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back only after receiving confirmation and return instructions from us
Refund Process and Timing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Options
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items received. If you wish to exchange for a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a fresh order separately.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at refund@clicktodoorstep.com
- Include clear photos or a video clearly showing the issue
- We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost — no questions asked
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 5 days of delivery
- Used, washed, or damaged items (damage not caused by us or our logistics partner)
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Personal hygiene or intimate use products (if applicable to your catalog)
- Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Return shipping is fully covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping charges upon submission of receipt.
- Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping instructions will be provided only after your return request has been approved.
