Shipping Methods

We work with trusted logistics and fulfillment partners to deliver your orders pan-India. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via:

Standard Courier (pan-India coverage) — 5–8 Business Days
Express Courier (selected pin codes) — 3–5 Business Days

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Courier:

Metro Cities: 5–6 Business Days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 6–7 Business Days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–8 Business Days

Express Courier (selected pin codes):

Metro Cities: 3–4 Business Days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 4–5 Business Days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India, if your order value is above ₹499 for standard delivery and ₹999 for express delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS
Use the tracking link provided to monitor your delivery status in real time
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@clicktodoorstep.com

Delivery Issues and Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, follow these steps:

Check your tracking link for the latest shipment status
Contact us at support@clicktodoorstep.com with your order number and full name
We will coordinate with our logistics partner and update you within 7 business days

For orders marked as "Delivered" but not received, please report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery notification so we can investigate promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand internationally in the future — watch this space!
