These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, India. All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
